By going through our NPS Certified Phlebotomy Instructors Program, you’ll become a Certified Phlebotomy Instructor (CPI), which allows you to enroll your students in the live remote proctored National Certification Exam and earn more income in the phlebotomy field.
Certification materials include Comprehensive study materials, unlimited practice exams, and three certification exam attempts without any retake fees.
Allied Health Instructor Program Certification Process
At National Performance Specialists (NPS), we offer a unique opportunity for professionals to become certified instructors in our allied healthcare programs. To attain this prestigious instructor certification, candidates must fulfill two key requirements:

- Purchase the Instructor Program: Candidates must first purchase the Instructor Program specific to their field of expertise.
- Hold Initial Certification: It is mandatory for candidates to have completed and currently hold the initial certification in their respective field(s).
Upon meeting these prerequisites, candidates are eligible to take our comprehensive Allied Health Instructor Program Certification Exam. This exam is a one-time requirement every 2 years and, upon passing, certifies the member as an instructor across all six of our specialized programs in which instructors hold an active certification:
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- Certified Electrocardiograph Technician (CET)
- Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT)
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)
- Certified Behavioral Health Specialist (CBHS)
This certification empowers professionals to instruct in multiple fields, broadening their scope and impact in allied healthcare education.
